The SDL Safe-D-Lock is a combined lifting jack and rated vehicle support stand for heavy mining and earthmoving vehicles. It lifts on an air-driven hydraulic pump and holds the load on mechanical locks, so one unit does the job of a jack and a stand.
Internal quadrant locks are oil-bathed and spring loaded, engaging in 13 mm steps. The operator runs lift, lower and lock from a remote pendant on a 5 m hose, well clear of the load.
Powerdrive models add two battery-driven wheel motors, so the jack can be driven into position and up gentle slopes without a crew pushing it. Non-Powerdrive versions are also available.
