The ACHD Series combines a hollow piston rod with an aluminum, double-acting body. A rod or cable can pass through the cylinder, and hydraulic retraction speeds up work on the longer strokes.
It is used for tensioning, load testing and maintenance where the crew needs a hollow cylinder they can carry. Thirteen models cover 30 to 100 ton, with center holes from 1.30 to 3.03 in.
A steel base plate protects the body, the finish is anodized, and a return-side relief valve guards against pressure intensification.
