HPS hoses are high-pressure thermoplastic hoses for 700 bar (10,000 psi) jacking and tool systems. They meet the IJ100 American jacking specification and carry a 4:1 safety factor.
The hose has a polyester elastomer tube with aramid-fiber and steel-wire braids and an abrasion-resistant polyurethane cover. It is light and flexible, with a tight bend radius for hose reels and cramped work areas.
1/4″ hoses come in red, black or twin red/black for double-acting cylinders. 3/8″ hoses suit higher-flow work. All hoses have crimped fittings and bend restrictors, with thread or CH-6 coupler ends. An optional burst sleeve is available.
