The DRP-100E removes and installs tapered roller bearings on railroad axle journals. It pulls at 100 ton and pushes bearings on at 68 ton with a double-acting cylinder.
The unit sits on a swivel-castor trolley with hydraulic height adjustment, so it can be lined up to the axle quickly. A two-speed 220 V electric pump with Advance-Hold-Retract control and a cable remote drives it, and a gauge shows applied pressure.
Accessory kits cover all common bearing classes, from Class B through GG, plus metric sizes.
