The RD Series is a heavy-duty double-acting cylinder for controlled positioning of heavy loads. Hydraulic pressure drives the rod out and back, so retraction does not depend on the load.
It is rated for high working cycles and fits bridge lifting, presses, construction and maintenance. The range covers 10 to 500 ton with strokes up to 48 in.
Every model has a hard chrome piston rod, a bronze overlay on the piston bearing area and a retract-side safety relief valve. Most models add collar threads and base mounting holes, and tilt saddles are available.
